# Software Engineer – Graduate Trainee **Company:** HCL Technologies **Location:** Lucknow, Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad (Hybrid/On-site) **Job Type:** Full-Time **Experience:** Freshers / 0–1 Years **Salary:** ₹3.5 – ₹6 LPA ## Job Overview HCL Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Trainees to join our technology teams. The selected candidates will work on enterprise applications, software development, testing, cloud solutions, and digital transformation projects for global clients. ## Key Responsibilities * Develop, test, and maintain software applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. * Participate in code reviews and software testing activities. * Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support. * Work with databases, APIs, and cloud-based services. * Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices. * Prepare technical documentation and reports. ## Required Skills * Knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++. * Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. * Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts. * Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Understanding of software development and testing methodologies. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. ## Eligibility Criteria * B.Tech / B.E.
