Job Description
We are hiring an HR Specialist to manage end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations. You will collaborate with engineering and operations managers to source, screen, and hire candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for technical and sales roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical panels and manage candidate feedback loops.
- Oversee onboarding documentation and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
